Free UK Delivery & Returns

If you would like to return an item and it is in new, unused and saleable condition you will need to email us at customerservice@motherofpearl.co.uk to let us know that you’d like to make a return. Please mention your order number, the item name and SKU code. Items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.

We will send you the return label and you would need to book the collection calling the number provided along with the return label.

Make sure to attach the return label to the outside of the box.

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

• 1. Place the product in the original shipping box.
• 2. Write us an e-mail to customerservice@motherofpearl.co.uk to let us know that you'd like to make a return and please explain the reason for the return.
• 3. Our customer service will send you the pre-paid return label that you would need to print and attach to the box.
• 4. Call the shipper provided by the customer service and arrange the shipment.
• 5. Make sure to arrange the the pick-up within 5 days after receiving the return label, otherwise it will expire.
• 6. Attach the returns label to the outside of the box. If you are using the original box, make sure you have removed the other shipping labels from the outside of the box.
